About me

"Yo handyman josh"

I’ve been certified and licensed in several lines of work throughout my life. Rather than hiring the work out, I’ve had the ambition to learn how to fix and maintain my possessions as well as the possessions of others. I’ve worked in residential plumbing, HVAC, LP, and construction throughout my career. In all those industries I found myself going above and beyond, taking on side jobs because of the lack of labor to fill the demand of work from customers. I like helping people and I love being able to supply the service that people just couldn’t seem to find. It brings me great joy to see customers have their needs met.

Remodeling

Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and basement remodeling. If you’re looking to upgrade only certain parts of an area that is budget friendly or a whole remodeling of an area, this is for you.

Paint and Stain

I have 3 different commercial sized paint sprayers for really large to small applications of paint or stain

flooring

Installation of wood, laminate, vinyl plank, and carpet. Fix squeaks on old flooring or repair damaged floors.

drywall

Install or repair damaged drywall. Includes holes, inside and outside corners, or 3 panel inside and outside corners. Also am capable of insulation and electrical behind installation of walls.

electrical

Repair or install light fixtures, outlets, switches, breakers, fans.

HOA Services

From standard maintenance (dryer vents, gutter cleaning, tree and limb removal, ice dam removal etc.) to installation (mailbox installation, landscaping, windows, door, shutters etc.) for home owner associations. Ask about special pricing for HOA.
